2024 Lodging Guide

  • Lodge reservations will be accepted ONLY via email to Matthew Prater, Lodging Director, at matthew_prater@flinthillsnational.com. Our website remains the best resource for checking lodge availability but is no longer available for direct booking.
  • Each member is limited to four lodge reservations on the calendar at any given time. Once your first reservation is used, you are welcome to book another, again keeping in mind that your total number of reservations cannot exceed four.
  • There is no cancellation fee if your lodge is cancelled more than 30 days out. If cancelled within 30 days, you will be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost of the lodge. Cancellation fees will be assessed regardless of whether FHNGC is able to rebook the lodge.
  • Reservations are for the entire lodge, regardless of how many rooms you intend to use. Single rooms will only be rented out within a week.
  • In the off-season (November-March), use of a lodge for a meeting, retreat, party, or other non-overnight function is available, so long as it does not disrupt overnight guests. The rental fee in this case is 50% of the total cost of the lodge.
  • Due to the anticipated demand for lodging, we will be unable to “hold,” “pencil in,” or “block” any dates – once your reservation is confirmed, it is considered ‘official,’ and will be subject to the policies outlined above.
